In Nigeria, Locust are called the Desert shrimp
In Nigeria the resouceful locals have turned the annual disaster that the locust used to cause to the crops, to an annual banquet.
After deep frying, The locust supposedly tastes pretty much like real shrimp.

yes Keryy i do like to eat locust but atleast i dont like to eat human hair when u cough do you cough up hairballs

I lived in the Northern part of Nigeria. Fried locust tastes better than shrimps and is more nutritionally rich than most other high protein insects. I’M writting an article for publication on the rich nutritional contents of these wonderful and tasty insect. I recommend a full meal of fried locust you all. Believe me, it’s worth trying!!!
