I spotted this rather scary looking Monkfish at a local fishmarket in Portimao, Portugal.
Could it be the ugliest fish in the World?

where i come from we call it poor mans lobster,, absolutely beautiful eating fish,, extremely cheap too considering the excellent texture and mouthwatering taste

i see these fish in my korean market every time.
whenever i walk past these..things, i just get a pair of metal pincers and shove ice inside its mouth XD
