My last visit to a huge Chinese supermarket led me to try a cactus & jojoba drink complete with chunks of cactus floating in the bottle. Whilst it looked a little like snot it tasted amazingly refreshing! I wish I could find this cucumber delight in the UK!

Cucumber water is actually quite tasty. try putting some cucumber slices in water sometimes instead of lemon. You’ll be positively surpriced!
