This is a normal product in The Netherlands too, and it doesn’t taste bad. It’s cheap too, and you can eat it on a sandwich.

Don’t be childish. Yes it’s called “pig’s head brawn” if you translate it.
But the fact is: in there is just normal meat. Meat which isn’t big enough to make anything else than brawn out of it. For example the meat at the head of a pig. That`s where the name is from.

The same thing is available in France too, where it’s called “fromage de tête” (lit. head cheese).
I don’t get what’s so horrid about it. Nor what is so disgusting about eating rabbit for that matter. Actually the whole ****** blog was created by a narrow minded person who held for a fact that his/her personal food disgusts HAD to be universal.
