I visited my mother one day to a delicious smell emanating from the kitchen. I immediately opened the oven to see what was cooking and nearly had a heart attack to see a pigs head staring back at me. I was horrified and disgusted and felt like I would vomit. My mother then enlightened me to the fact that all my years of growing up I had been eating 'pigs heads' thinking we were having a 'pork baked dinner' I have and never will eat it by choice but all the meals my mother cooked were always delicious.Ignorance certainly is bliss.
