Website about offal cooking

Have you ever been wondering about how to utilize the parts of animal body
that nobody normally wants to eat?
Offal good is a website that describes
itself as “an educational and inspirational tool for those who are
interested in learning and cooking with offal.”
I imagine that anyone interested in Uglyfood blog will be into this stuff as
well!
How gross do you think this was on scale 1 to 5?

I visited my mother one day to a delicious smell emanating from the kitchen. I immediately opened the oven to see what was cooking and nearly had a heart attack to see a pigs head staring back at me. I was horrified and disgusted and felt like I would vomit. My mother then enlightened me to the fact that all my years of growing up I had been eating ‘pigs heads’ thinking we were having a ‘pork baked dinner’ I have and never will eat it by choice but all the meals my mother cooked were always delicious.Ignorance certainly is bliss.
