The guy on the left actually should be a Negro (you can not call him an “afrogerman”, I suppose). This is Black Peter, who goes around with St.Nickolas (a.k.a. Santa Klaus), and carries Santa’s bag of gifts - for good kids, and (look at his hands) a bunch of birch branches, to whip the bad ones. Christmas was not a happy day for all kids back then!
